ASJ Holiday Villa

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our villa, facilities, and services. By making a reservation and/or staying at ASJ Holiday Villa, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation.
  • Balance payments, if any, must be settled before or upon check-in.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

  • Valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, Aadhaar, Driver’s License, etc.) is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All reservations are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation after room confirmation, 25% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property, furnishings, and amenities in good condition.
  • Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
  • The villa is for residential stay only; parties or events without prior approval are not permitted.

6. Swimming Pool Usage

  • Pool timings: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Depth: 4.5 feet  – Guests must use the pool responsibly.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of the pool.

7. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol leading to nuisance or damage will not be tolerated.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

9. Liability

  • The management will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to take care of valuables and use safety lockers (if provided).

10. Force Majeure

  • The villa is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond control (natural disasters, power outages, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

11. Right of Admission

  • The management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests engaging in unlawful, offensive, or disruptive behavior.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

By confirming your reservation and staying at ASJ Holiday Villa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
